    Chris Oyakhilome is an Nigerian pastor, TV host, and writer. He is the president of the Believers’ LoveWorld Inc which is also known as Christ Embassy International.

    Chris Oyakhilome Background

    Pastor Chris Oyakhilome grew up on the 7 thDecember 1973. He was the first of his family members to be born. He went to primary and secondary school, then he attended Ambrose Alli University (AAU) located in Ekpoma, Edo State of Nigeria and graduated with an BSc. in Architecture.

    AAU also conferred the honorary Doctor of Science. He also holds an honorary doctorate from Benson Idahosa University in divinity. Reverend Chris was before was married to Anita Obhodaghe. They have two children.

    Chris Oyakhilome’s ministry

    While still enrolled at AAU Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began to get involved in ministry. At the time the Believers’ World Fellowship, which is now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated was known as Youths For Christ (YFC).

    YFC grew to become the biggest campus-based church. Chris Oyakhilome In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the location of the church. Believer’s LoveWorld is an international ministry that has thousands of members and associates around the world.

    BLW became the most prominent Christian ministry on TV across Africa, through its”Atmosphere for Miracles” program in 2002. The program was canceled in May of 2004, after the then President of Nigeria – Olusegun Obasanjo announced that the country’s president had resigned Olusegun Obasanjo announced that churches should not air miracles on the television.

    Pastor Chris’s Ministry comprises four distinct parts: publishing ministry (healing ministry) and television ministry (teaching ministry) and healing ministry (publishing ministry). These are the ministries Pastor Chris used to establish the healing school, the environment for miracles and Pastor Chris’s prayer network worldwide.

    The Future Africa Leaders Foundation (FALF) is an initiative designed to enhance and develop the leadership capabilities of Africans. The foundation recognizes and encourages youngsters Africans who have demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities by influencing their generation positively. They accomplish this by teaching and mentoring youngsters and encouraging youth empowerment.

    The foundation honors the achievements of the young leaders by presenting an award ceremony called The Future Africa Leaders’ Award. This award ceremony which started 5years ago, takes place on the first day of every new year, at the LoveWorld Convocation Arena (LCA) Billings Way, Oregun, Ikeja. The president of BLW – Reverend Chris Oyakhilome presents an award to the winners.

    The InnerCity Mission to children is a faith based non-governmental Organisation. In 2005 the NGO was created to help the poor, destitute, orphaned, and vulnerable children of .

    These destitute children are supported by the foundation with participatory interventions, which include strengthening family programmes , as and child development programs.

    Trauma Care International Foundation

    The Trauma Care International Foundation was created to increase the quality of life and health in local communities and nations. In doing this, the mission is helping them learn the Word of God and experience his life-changing message.

    BFAM has distributed thousands of free copies of Rhapsody Bible to communities, hospitals, prisons, private and government institutions across the world which include Gambia, Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, Philippines, Brazil, Egypt, Poland, Cambodia, Sri Lanka and Turkey.
